Die Cutting Machine Pressure Adjustment Method

Jun. 11, 2019

As an Automatic Die-cutting Machine Manufacturer, let's share with you the pressure adjustment method of the Automatic Die-cutting Machine.

1. Adjust the position of the two claw-shaped blocks and the gear plate, the claw block moves up, the pressure increases each tooth of the claw-shaped block, and the distance between the two surfaces changes by about 0.1 mm, usually taken There is only one tooth in action.

2. When the claw block is at the last tooth position on the tooth plate, you should consider replacing the new gear and the eccentricity. The following methods can be used to adjust: loosen the screw to loosen the gear eccentric adjustment plate, and the gear wrench eccentrically locks the back gear of the machine. Then note that both sides of the tooth must rotate equally and rotate no more than three teeth. The mounting tooth adjustment plate, screws, and claw blocks will be adjusted to the first tooth, and the sheer pressure effect will be observed. The effect is not satisfactory and you can make adjustments. It should be noted that the teeth of the eccentrically rotating gear should be smaller than the first rotating tooth. When the pressure is too small on the left or right side, this method can also be used, that is, which side of the gear is eccentric, and try to reduce the claw block to properly return 1-2 teeth.

3. When the upper and lower parts of the pressure, the release pad, and the hook-type fastening plate adjust the screw block, the hook-type pad increases the thickness of the gasket while reducing the thickness of the plate in the tone block, facing increasing pressure work Surface unit; otherwise, low pressure.
